Workspace Limits & Collaboration
Shared Limits
Your plan's resource limits apply to your entire workspace, shared across all members. This means all projects, tables, and API calls created by any member count toward the same quota.
Example: If your Professional plan allows 200 tables per project, that's 200 tables total for that project — regardless of how many team members are contributing.
Limit Types
Per-Workspace Limits
These limits apply across your entire workspace:
- Projects — Total number of projects
- Workspaces — Total number of workspaces
- Team Members — Total number of workspace members
- API Requests — Daily and monthly API call quotas
Per-Project Limits
These limits apply within each individual project:
- Tables — Maximum tables per project
- Attributes — Maximum fields per table
- Relations — Maximum relationships per project
- Views — Maximum data views per project
- API Keys — Maximum API keys per project
- Operations — Maximum GraphQL operations per project
Real-Time Updates
When a team member creates or removes a resource, all other members see the updated usage counts in real time. This prevents conflicts — if another member uses the last available slot, you'll know immediately.
Checking Your Usage
Open the Project Info panel (click the info icon in the project toolbar) to see current usage for each resource type, including how many slots remain.
When Limits Are Reached
If a resource limit is reached:
- The create button becomes disabled
- A notification explains the limit
- All workspace members are informed in real time
- Consider upgrading your plan or contact your workspace admin
