Workspace Limits & Collaboration
Shared Limits
Your plan's limits belong to your account. All members and all workspaces of the account share them: whoever adds a project, a member or a table, it counts toward the same limit. The numbers per plan are listed in Account and Plans.
Example: on Professional, a project can have 200 tables in total, however many team members add tables to it.
Limit Types
Per Account
These limits count across the whole account:
- Projects — projects of the account, in all workspaces
- Workspaces — workspaces of the account
- Team members and maintainer seats — members of the account, including you, the owner
- API requests — the daily or monthly request quota of your plan; requests from the in-app preview count as well
Per Project
These limits apply to each project on its own:
- Tables — tables per project
- Attributes — attributes per table
- Relations — relations per project
- Operations — GraphQL operations per project, and custom operations per table
- Board notes — notes per project
- Guest collaborators — people without an account who join the board through the collaboration link
- API keys — API keys per project
Checking Your Usage
Open the project list and select a project. Under Resources, its detail panel shows how many tables, attributes, relations, GraphQL operations and API keys the project uses, next to your plan's limit for each.
When a Limit Is Reached
- The app refuses the action and tells you that you have reached your plan's limit.
- Delete what you no longer need, or move to a plan with higher limits. Only the account owner can change the plan (see Billing and Invoices).
- Moving to a plan with lower limits never deletes anything: if you are above a limit of the new plan, you cannot add more until you are below it again.
