Account and Plans
This page explains Mockomat's plans: what each one includes, how team members and roles work, how sign-in sessions behave and how request quotas are counted. Current prices are on the pricing page. Buying, plan changes, invoices and cancellation are covered in Billing and Invoices.
Plan Overview
Mockomat has five plans, from instant use without an account to Enterprise:

- Team members and maintainer seats include you, the owner. On Starter you are the only member. On Professional, the one maintainer seat is yours.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in euros at net prices (VAT is added at checkout) and are sold to business customers only.
- Enterprise is arranged with our sales team; its limits can be adjusted to your contract.

When you reach a limit, the app refuses the action and tells you that you have reached your plan's limit. Delete something you no longer need, or move to a plan with a higher limit. Moving to a plan with lower limits never deletes anything: if you are above a limit of the new plan, you cannot add more until you are below it again.

Guest
The fastest way to try Mockomat: no registration, no setup.
- One project, kept in this browser until your 24-hour guest session ends. The 24 hours run from the start of your guest session, which the app starts when you first open it in this browser, so a project you create later gets less time. A cleanup that runs every hour then deletes the project, so it can stay up to an hour longer.
- Modelling board, mappings, blueprints, OpenAPI import and the in-app preview.
- The project's GraphQL endpoint opens with its share token (see Integrators). Guest requests are limited per day and per IP address.
- When you sign up or sign in, the app offers to move your guest project into your account, if your plan has room for it. Clearing the browser's cookies before that loses it. Signing up does not move an AI-created project into your account: the app moves only the guest project of your own browser.
Not included: team members, API keys, OpenAPI and code export.
Starter
The free plan with an account.
- 1 project, kept until you delete it.
- 1,000 API requests per day. Requests from the in-app preview count as well.
- Board notes, including up to 2 guest collaborators per project: people without an account who join the board through a collaboration link.
- OpenAPI export of your model.
Not included: calling the mock API from your own code (that needs API keys, from Professional on), inviting team members, code export.

Professional
For developers and small teams who integrate the mock API into their work.
- 10 projects and up to 5 workspaces.
- 50,000 API requests per month.
- API keys (10 per project): call the mock API from your own code, from servers and from CI. Each key belongs to one project, and calls to a project in your account always need one of its keys. See Integrators.
- Team: invite members with roles, up to 11 team members including you.
- Code export: download a generated backend for your model (see Export).
Business
For teams with more projects, more traffic and more maintainers.
- 20 projects and up to 10 workspaces.
- 250,000 API requests per month and 50 API keys per project.
- Up to 19 team members, 3 of them maintainers.
- Endpoint analytics: request counts over time and the most-called operations of your projects.
Enterprise
Enterprise is arranged with our sales team, not bought online: use Talk to sales in the app or the contact form. Pricing is on request.
- Everything in Business.
- No catalog limit on projects, workspaces, monthly API requests, API keys or model size.
- Up to 26 team members, 5 of them maintainers.
- Limits adjusted to your contract.

Custom Plans
A custom plan is a free plan with every feature and limits arranged with our sales team, activated with an inquiry code. Paid arrangements go through Enterprise.
- When you sign up: choose Custom as your plan and enter the inquiry code you received. The plan is active as soon as your account is created.
- By invitation: we can also send the plan to your email address. The link opens the sign-up with your address filled in or, if you already have an account, a page in the app where the account owner accepts the plan.
- Accepting a custom plan immediately cancels the account's paid subscription, if it has one.
- A custom plan can have an end date. After that date, your account continues on Starter.

Team Members and Roles
From Professional on, you can invite people to your account. Open Account → Tenant → Tenant team and choose Invite Member: enter the email address, pick a workspace role and choose which projects the person can open. An invitation is valid for 7 days.

Each role includes everything of the roles above it. The owner — the person who created the account — is a maintainer and is the only one who manages billing. Maintainers see every project of the account; other members see the projects they were given access to.
To give a member a different role, remove them and invite them again with the new role. Removing a member signs them out and ends their access to the account's projects. For details, see Team & Roles.
Sign-In Sessions
- On Starter, an account can be signed in in one place at a time: signing in on another device or browser ends the earlier session.
- On Professional, Business and Enterprise, the account owner can stay signed in on several devices at once.
- Invited members do not get this from the account they join: they are signed in in one place at a time unless they own an account whose plan allows more.
- On every plan, you are signed out automatically after a period without activity.
API Request Quotas
- A quota counts every request of your account: all projects and all members, and requests from the in-app preview as well as from your own code.
- Starter: 1,000 requests per day. The day starts at 00:00 UTC.
- Professional and Business: 50,000 or 250,000 requests per calendar month (UTC). The quota starts again on the first of the month, not on your billing date.
- Enterprise: no monthly quota, unless your contract sets one.
- Guest: 100 requests per day per guest session, plus a rate limit per IP address.
When the quota is used up, the mock API answers with HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) until the quota starts again.

Choosing a Plan
Starter → Professional
- You want to call the mock API from your own code, a server or a CI pipeline (API keys).
- You want to invite team members with roles.
- You need more than one project, or more than 1,000 requests per day.
- You want to export a generated backend.
Professional → Business
- More than one teammate needs to manage members and projects (more maintainer seats).
- You want endpoint analytics.
- You need more than 10 projects, 11 team members or 50,000 requests per month.
Business → Enterprise
- You need more than 20 projects, 19 team members or 250,000 requests per month.
- You want limits that match your contract.
